Any items ordered will be shipped to you specifically how you order it. Our objective is to ship you the freshest, highest quality seafood you deserve. You will notice on some of the fresh seafood options there is a checkbox you can select to have us freeze it for you prior to shipping. It does not have to be frozen in order for it to get to you fresh. We offer that option in case you plan to freeze the seafood once you receive it.
2. How will I know that my order has been shipped?Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that we have received your order along with the date that your order will be shipped. All orders ship within 24 to 48 hours of purchase.
3. How do I store my seafood once I receive my order?Your order will come complete with instructions on how to store your purchase to ensure you receive the freshest quality we can offer you.
4. How do I cook my seafood once I receive it?Your order will come with an assortment of recipes for the products you order and a disposable thermometer to make your experience easy as well as enjoyable.
5. I see "Freeze before shipping" on some items. What is it, how does it work and why is it only on some items?
The option to Freeze before shipping is available for most of our fresh fish and limited other seafood. If you plan to freeze the fresh seafood you order, we will freeze it for you before we ship it out. When you receive it, all you need to do is put it directly into the freezer. All orders ship within 24-48 hours and this includes orders that you want us to freeze before shipping.
The reason the freeze before shipping option is not available on some items is due to the nature of the seafood. You will see the option only on those products that we can freeze prior to shipping them to you.
6. Why am I taken to PayPal's website to enter my credit card information during checkout? Is this safe?
We use PayPal as our online credit card processor for a number of reasons with security one of the best. Once you confirm your order on our website and enter your billing and shipping information, you will then be taken to PayPal's secure processing page. Once there, you are given two options; pay with an existing PayPal account if you have one (is free to open an account) or click "Continue" to enter your credit card information and process the payment.
